Return & Exchange Policy

You agree that the following terms of returns and exchange are restricted to direct sale by us to you and that these terms of returns and exchange are not applicable in case of a sale by third party and invoice which shall be governed by the terms of such sale. We may accept returns for account credit only. For returns to be credited to account, the goods should be returned within 14 days from the date it was shipped to you. Items must be in pristine condition, that is, unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Amount will be credited only if the goods are returned in their original packaging. There is no provision for a refund on any sold merchandise. Once sold, they can only be exchanged for another product or a store credit, provided they meet our terms and conditions. Due to limited inventory and unavailability of  sizes, the amount credited to you can be used for your next purchase. Conditions for exchange of goods are the same as that for return of goods. To return an item, write to us at customercare@shingora.net and rest assured that we will do our best to give you a prompt response. Alternatively, the customer may even call at our customer care number, 1800-1-372273, from 10am-6pm IST (Monday to Friday). If you are not satisfied with the product received by you for any reason, you may opt for an exchange if the product is in the condition mandated by our policy or, at our sole discretion, receive a refund. We are not liable for any damages caused to the Product during transit.

Terms and conditions for returns and exchange:-

If you wish to exchange an item for another product, it is recommended that you return it for a credit and then purchase the new item. All return and exchange is subject to the following:

  1. Items should be unused and complete with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Please inform our customer care department about any Goodsdelivered without tags.
  2. Where provided, any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather or metal tags should be included with your return.
  3. Goods that are received damaged, as opposed to damage resultingfrom wear and tear, are deemed faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. Despite every possible effort to display colours of our products as accurately as possible, computer monitors vary and we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of colours will be completely accurate.
  4. All custom made orders and discounted items are non-returnable.
